Please Remember....

We are looking for sponsors for the AGSA program!  If a player finds a sponsor for the program (minimum $250 donation), their league registration will be waived!  

Sponsorships can be in the form of their company name on jerseys or a banner of sponsors hung on the outfield fence for our 2 home tournaments.  Jersey sponsors will be on a first come, first serve basis.  

The following advertisers will not be able to participate in visual sponsorship (they can still donate, and count towards your waived entry, however, we will not be able to display their company name):  Liquor stores, beer or alcoholic beverage companies or distributors, cigarette or tobacco companies, bars, gambling establishments, adult book stores, and adult entertainment establishments.

If you find a sponsor after you have registered and paid, your registration will be refunded.  Similarly, if you select you have found, or will find a sponsor, and sponsor donation is not received by April 1st, league registration will be required before player will be placed on a team.

Registration dates:

Tournament Team - Deadline is December 1 (Late fee of $100 applies after that date for returning players)

League - Deadline is April 12

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation or sponsorships and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge to your account.  By signing your child up, you are also agreeing to receive messages for communicating important information.

Family Discounts

If you are registering more than one player in your family this season for league and tournament team, you could receive a discount.  The discount amount is $45 per player.  In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time.  On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same registration.

***Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates.***

***Before your child can participate in any activities with AGSA, AGSA must have a $149 written check on file that will not be cashed unless the concession stand duties are not met.  Checks must be turned into your head coach before your daughter can participate.  This will be strictly enforced and checks will be cashed if concession duties are not filled.***
